The ruling Congress has said that Nepali people will decide about Nepal. The Congress is of the opinion that it is not possible to seek change from outside as the Constitution itself makes it clear that the Nepali people will make decisions about themselves.

Congress spokesperson Prakasharan Mahat said that there is no possibility of implementation of changes coming from outside in Nepal after the meeting of the central work execution committee held at the party central office Sanepa. 

In response to a question about whether India is inciting royalists and now making them perform in Nepal, Mahat said that the Nepalese people will decide on the issue of Nepal. Whatever has to be done, the decision is made. The government has also talked about some of the constitutional amendments. Tomorrow, we will talk about the issues on which the constitution should be amended. It is not possible for change to come from outside,' he said.

Likewise, the Congress has decided to stand firmly in favor of the implementation of the Constitution. Mahat informed that he has decided to declare full commitment to the constitution by fully implementing the constitution made by the Constituent Assembly elected by the sovereign Nepalese people. He said that the Congress believes that the needs, problems and ambitions of the people can be addressed only through the federal democratic constitution.
