Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) has suggested to Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh not to mix the history of Congress in the mud.

Mayor Balen wrote on social media on Facebook on Sunday and said that efforts to save unorganized residences, save kindergartens, and protect public property are limited.

He has asked Deputy Prime Minister Singh not to lose the country in the name of losing himself.  "Honorable Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh, it has always been a matter of trying to remove unorganized slums, organize Kapan river, save children's temples and protect public property. When will you do it? Don't lose your city, region, and country in the name of losing me. Yatro Ganeshman Singh, P.L. Singh, and the history of the Nepali Congress should not be mixed in the soil,' wrote Mayor Balen.
