In the election of independent students' union, there is a tough competition between the ruling Congress and the students' union. The main opposition, the Maoist-linked All-Revolutionary, has brought reform results, challenging the traditional main rivals, the New Union and the Aniraswabiyu.

According to the results of the polls till Wednesday night, the Navy is in the lead. According to the campus and election committee, the election committee of Trivika Angik Campus has won 12 votes, 11 votes of Aneraswawiyu and 7 votes of Akhil Krantikari have won the president of Trivikas Angik Campus. Independent candidate 3 and Samajwadi Vidyarthi Union won in a communal campus. Similarly, on the community/private side, Navy Sangh has claimed 87, Aneraswaviyu 80 and Akhil Krantikari have won 58 campuses. They have also published the list of chairpersons and campuses they have won.

Independent candidates have won the presidentship of 3 engineering campuses. She has been elected as the secretary of the engineering campus as the candidate of Akhil Krankati. In some campuses, the counting of votes is ongoing and interrupted, while in some, the election is yet to be held.

In most of the campuses, there is a fierce conflict between the NSS and the ANERASWU. The All-Revolutionary, which is considered relatively weak, has managed to win unexpected victories in some campuses, challenging the New Union and the United Nations. In the campuses of Palpa, Biratnagar, Morang, Kathmandu, Bhojpur, all the revolutionary supporters who won Swaviyu have become enthusiastic.

Election results of all 11 campuses in Kathmandu Valley have been received. In which, the New Union has won 5, Aneraswawiyu 3, All Revolutionaries 2 and an independent candidate has won the Swawiyu president of the campus. 

In Pulchok Engineering Campus, an independent candidate Swamy Shrestha has been elected as the president. Pulchok Engineering, which won in 2079, was lost to Aneraswaviyu this year. Independent candidate Vijay Dhami has won in West Engineering Campus Pokhara. Prajwal Adhikari has been elected in Chitwan Engineering.

How was victory possible for independent? Two things play a major role in selecting a

person, his/her idea and background. My friends liked the way I worked in favor of students as a member of Swaviyu for the last two years.

What was your agenda? My main issue was why the fraternal organization of the

party was needed. To organize or not is a matter of students. In short, I made a manifesto to build a healthy educational institution, reliability, and era.  Why did you raise questions about the student organization of the

party?

In the past, representatives of student organizations were elected on campus, but they did not belong to the students. They are becoming party leaders rather than students. I ran as an independent candidate because if political change is needed, it should be changed by myself. My candidature has been approved.  Do you mean to say that the fraternal organization of the

party has affected the educational environment?

doesn't mean there shouldn't be student organizations on campus. But those organizations are not under the party. If you like the idea of ​​a party, you do a rally. But when you enter the campus carrying the party flag, there is 'bias'. Even now, many campus unions are viewed as belonging to one party or another. This tradition must be broken.

What do you think you will do after becoming president of Swaviyu?

I will go ahead after listening to the student's case. It should play a role in making a healthy educational institution. That means the educational environment, teachers, students, staff health should be taken into consideration.
