The leader of the main opposition party Maoist and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that there is no justification for making laws to provide facilities to the special people of the state.
In a press conference organized by Samajwadi Morcha, Nepal on Saturday in Lalitpur, Maoist Chairman Dahal said that there was no discussion between the Parliament and the political parties.
'We have already said within the party why the draft was made like an unseasonable instrument. It is not an urgent matter now,' Dahal said, 'It is only something that will give birth to a reaction, it is not a necessity now.'
It has been announced that the government is going to create a law to provide lifelong services and facilities to the pre-specialized. However, Dahal said that there was no discussion about it with the opposition party. "Currently, political parties and parliament have not discussed what to give to specific categories," he said.
