Congress MP Rajendra Bajgai has filed a complaint with the Central Disciplinary Committee saying that Badri Prasad Pandey, the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, who is also the Joint General Minister of Congress, has launched a campaign against him.

Bajgai has accused Minister Pandey of misusing his position and carrying out campaign against him through social media in a planned manner. Bajgai also alleges that Minister Pandey is taking a decision to directly weaken the national interest of Nepal.

'In a planned manner, he has divided Nepali-owned companies, distributed casino licenses randomly in violation of legal procedures and tried to challenge court decisions. which attacks the rule of law along with contempt of court,' Bajgai said, 'not limited to media propaganda, Pandey is also active internally . He is using the disciplinary committee to influence the party leadership and is trying to target me. His strategy of suppressing me, silencing critical voices and strengthening his own control is not just a personal smear campaign, it is an organized conspiracy to abuse power and suppress those who oppose corruption.'

In the complaint submitted to the Congress Central Disciplinary Commission, Bajgai has said, 'As a loyal member of the Nepali Congress, I have the right to raise legal questions within my party. Drawing attention to the expressions that are contrary to the party's policy, principles, constitution and Nepali democratic values, I demand disciplinary action while expressing serious objection to the views expressed in public recently by the official leader of the Congress and Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Badri Pandey.

MP Bajgai has opposed the recent statement made by Minister Pandey . MP Bajgai demands that action should be taken as Minister Pandey is speaking against party policy and ideas.
