Former Home Secretary Khemraj Regmi has said that the government is trying to bring a law to provide facilities to the ex-specialists from the state fund as an insult to the people.  The government is drafting a law to provide life-long benefits to former presidents, former vice-presidents, former prime ministers, former cabinet ministers, former speakers and former speakers of the National Assembly, including monthly allowances, house rent/house maintenance expenses, vehicles, staff and assistants in the secretariat.

Former home secretary Regmi says that he is going to provide service facilities to the former officials. He says, 'It is an insult to the citizens for the government to try to bring a law to provide benefits to the former officials through the state's government for life. This is the citizen's hepe . Why is the government repeatedly testing the patience and endurance of citizens like this?' 

He also said that when the common people are disappointed with the state executive, there will be opposition from all sides for making the law and giving arbitrary facilities to the ex-officer. 'Government has added fuel to the fire. If the government does not consider this, it is certain that people's anger will cross the border,' he said.

government  He also said that after the year 2046, all those in high-ranking positions in the state should publish the exact details of how much benefit they received from Dhukuti. I say the white paper should come. It is objectionable for the people to be taxed with the money they have earned through blood and sweat. The state should take away all the financial obligations except the security personnel for the ex-officers . This is in the interest of the nation,' he said.
