In Madhesh and West Terai, the public opinion and Civil Liberation Party, which emerged from the last general elections, are engaged in the final homework for unity. The leaders of both the parties have said that they will soon unite the party with the goal of becoming the "decisive" force of the identityists in Terai-Madhesh in the upcoming elections.

Reshammalal Choudhary, the founding president of Civil Liberation, said that the discussion on the political document, party name and election symbol would be concluded soon and unity would be achieved. The draft of the political document on party unity has been prepared.

Now we are preparing to unify the party soon,' he said, 'the concept that people who live in Terai-Madhesh, living conditions and work styles are compatible, and those who are advancing the issue of identity in Terai like us should take leadership together is the basis of party unity.' We are in favor of ending unity as soon as possible. The main basis of our unity is forward-looking change with identity," he said. Janmaat has formed a working group consisting of Abdul Khan, Sharadsingh Yadav and Balgobind Chaudhary to unite with like-minded parties.

Janmat General Secretary Chandan Singh said that the party is united with the main objective of becoming a 'decisive' force in Terai-Madhesh. "Our conclusion is that it will be easy to move forward with the case only after unity between the identitarian and the reformist forces," he said. He informed that the central committee meeting concluded that if Tharuhat and Madhesh were united, it would be easy to implement their case in the next election.  According to

leaders, discussions are going on at the district level of Madhesh, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces for party unity. According to Ganesh Chaudhary, a central member of Unmukta, discussions are going on at the district level about the structure of the party after unity. "Even at the local level, the discussion of party unity has already started," he said. 

There are 6 seats of public opinion and 4 seats of civil liberties in the House of Representatives. In the House of Representatives elections, Civil Immunity won 4 seats directly and 1 seat by popular vote. Public opinion won 5 seats for Samnutik. Far West has the highest number of civil liberties parliamentarians, 7 people. Similarly, there are 4 MPs in Lumbini and 1 MP in Madhesh.

There are 13 MPs in Madhesh and 3 in Lumbini. The unified party will remain as the fourth party in the 107-member Madhesh state assembly. It will also become the fourth party in the 87-member Lumbini state assembly. The two parties had previously tried for unity in December 2079 but were not successful.

Why did you start dating now?

Small parties are tried to be tightened by the bill on political parties. We are a party in competitive politics. Before going to the election, it is important to unite the powers that deal with the issue. 

Terai-Madhesh-centered other parties are also advancing the issue of identity?

We don't believe in old powers. They move only to take the lead, ignoring the identity issue. We have prioritized the issue of identity. Let's move forward without vying for leadership.

unity. Let's move forward focusing on the entire Terai-Madhesh issue. We have our own identity and history. Let's move on with that. Unmukti Party won 4 seats in the House of Representatives but did not become a national party. We became a national party. 

We would have been a great national power if we had fought the elections together. After analyzing this political situation, we have come to the conclusion that we should go together. If we are united, we are the decisive force. Our aim is the same, the pain is the same, we can solve it if we go together.
