Communications and Information Technology Minister Prithvisubba Gurung has alleged that MPs insisted during the discussion on the ordinance. He said that instead of having a constructive discussion on the bill brought by the government, the opposition MPs are cultivating confusion.
During the meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Minister Gurung expressed his displeasure while answering the questions raised by the MPs on the bill made to amend some Nepal Acts. Minister Gurung alleged that the opposition party was biased and cultivated confusion about the
ordinance. The parliamentarian has been insisting. As soon as the ordinance is said, it has been interpreted as something autocratic. "I think this is his one-sided opinion," he said.
Minister Gurung also urged not to think that the opposition should protest as soon as the government brings the ordinance. "As soon as the ruling party brings an ordinance, the opposition should oppose it ?" We are not going into a long discussion of the subject . We urge, cultivate confusion here . I see a lack of thinking creatively, discussing, understanding dialectically," he said.
Minister Gurung said that promoting good governance is the common objective and responsibility of all. He said that opposition to the bill to replace the ordinance is ideologically and theoretically wrong.
