The meeting of the House of Representatives was adjourned for 15 minutes after the ministers did not attend the meeting. The meeting called for 11 am on Wednesday started at 11:30 am.
After Speaker Devraj Ghimire informed that the meeting had started, Hitraj Pandey, chief whip of the main opposition party Maoist Center, pointed out that the minister was not present.
