Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa said that people's anger should not be ignored and that there should be dialogue with the disaffected parties.

Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, General Minister Thapa mentioned that no one should be arrogant that the public anger seen on the streets is nothing. He also refuted the allegation of the opposition that the people were angry only after the formation of the present government. He mentioned that CPN (Maoist Center) was in the government for the longest time after the promulgation of the constitution and claimed that Maoists were the main responsible for it.

He said, 'People are dissatisfied. There is anger among disaffected people. I also believe that anger should not be ignored. No one should have the arrogance that nothing has happened, it is nothing. Who supported us to change the system. I think that those who are dissatisfied with us today, those who are angry, should communicate with them. But there is no room for understanding that they are angry with the coming of the current government.

He also said that there is a need for understanding between the supporters of the constitution to strengthen the system.
