Chairman of the main opposition party Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal is going to address the House of Representatives on Monday. UML chief whip Mahesh Bertaula informed that the program to be addressed by Speaker Dahal has been decided in the meeting of chief whips called by Speaker Devraj Ghimire on Monday.

The former prime minister and leader of the main opposition party has asked for time tomorrow. He has asked Parliament for time to speak in Parliament tomorrow. The time has been fixed for him to speak,' Chief Whip Bertaula said. 

Similarly, he said that there was also a discussion between the parties about the activities of 'anarchist' forces against democracy and republic and that Parliament should also take care of it.

In the same way, the installation bill related to the five ordinances approved by the parliament will be placed on the agenda of the House of Representatives to be held on the 28th and the process will be continued.
