Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka has said that the reply given by the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, has been sent to the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
Minister Khadka said that since the Council of Ministers asked for an explanation, the answer was also sent to the Council of Ministers office. Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers, Ghising gave the answer to the three-day clarification asked by the Ministry of Energy on Sunday.
Energy Minister Khadka informed that the reply received from Ghising was submitted to the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Sunday.
Minister Khadka said that the clarification of Ghising is not only a matter for the Ministry of Energy but also for the Council of Ministers. 'Kulman Ghising's explanation and answer is now a matter for the cabinet. Goes directly to the cabinet . Let's see what the cabinet does. The ministry has been given the right to ask,' he said, 'his answer has been received.'
The meeting held at the Prime Minister's residence Baluwatar on Wednesday evening of the Council of Ministers gave the power to the Ministry of Energy to ask Ghisingh for a three-day explanation. Ghising gave the answer to the explanation asked on the same basis on Sunday.
It is mentioned in Ghising's reply that the Minister of Energy asked for an explanation in a malicious manner, misled the Council of Ministers and lied about the Electricity Authority in the Parliament as well.
