The Terai Madhesh Jagran Campaign focused on the postal highway of the Maoists has been suspended. The awareness campaign which started from Kachanakbal in Jhapa on February 12 reached Rautahat on Saturday.
According to a Maoist official, the one-month campaign has been suspended to make the functioning of the parliament effective, to counter the activities against the federal democratic republic system.

CPN-Maoist twelfth chairman Anil Shrestha has said that the 'Long March', which started from Kachanakbal in Jhapa, has come to Rautahat on Saturday and has been postponed.
It was scheduled to enter Simraungadh municipality of Bara from Rautahat at 4 o'clock.
