Workers of Nepal Vidyarthi Sangh (Nevi Sangh), a brother organization of the ruling party Congress, vandalized the office of Tribhuvan University Rector Professor Khadg KC.

KC informed the rector that on Friday the activists of the Navy Union came and vandalized his office. The vandalism happened when KC was outside the office. He said that chairs, sofas, tables and other items were vandalized.

Trivika rector's office vandalized by the union He also says that he is not aware of what the students demanded and vandalized. The students had been protesting in the name of the Trivi Sangharsh Samiti, demanding the reduction of fees of some central departments.

The movement was led by students affiliated to Nevinsagh. They also locked the Rector's office. But they became angry after the university administration broke the lock.
