National Independent Party MP Manish Jha has demanded to arrange a separate license for tippers saying that accidents have increased due to tippers not obeying the law.

He made this demand while speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Friday. He alleges that the tippers invested by the local people's representatives do not follow the law. He says that the system of tipper is also weak.  The MP drew the attention of the government saying that even though tippers were not allowed to walk in Sitapaila and Dharke, they were forced to walk. 

He said, "Many local level representatives have investments. They do not obey the law of tipper." Technical advice has also been given to arrange a different license for tippers. Another thing, tippers are not allowed to walk in Sitapaila and Dharke, but they are forced to walk. Because of the investment of local leaders and contractors. The government and the state have also become very weak.  How can we control this situation? Is it just counting the number of dead?'
