Chairman of Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the reactionary forces are taking over the country. During the Maoist, Terai Madhesh Jagran campaign with the people of Maoist, Dahal, who reached Sarlahi headquarter Malangwa through Hulaki road, said that the reactionary forces are strengthening.

He said that the reactionary forces are daring to overturn the federal democratic republic, inclusive, proportional representation system brought by the blood of thousands of martyrs. 

He says that the Maoists started this campaign to challenge the reactionary forces. "Thousands of martyrs are daring to overturn the proportional representation system including the republic," he said. He informed that during the

awakening campaign, he would understand the situation of the people of the border area and proceed with development work accordingly. Former Prime Minister Dahal said that the Hulaki road in Sarlahi section is of poor quality and that the road needs to be upgraded within a year of its construction.
