Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that many efforts are being made to destroy national unity. Addressing the meeting of the Karnali Provincial Assembly on Friday, Prime Minister Oli shouted on the streets and claimed that the government will not change. He said that the government is trying hard to bring good governance and stability to the country and make 'prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali'.
He alleged that they were trying to seize power by creating chaos. "Throwing this constitution, will we bring the rajashan again? Now go back to the panchayat?," he said, "now there is a flood of aimless things, we are the people of a civilized country, rudeness is not our culture, many attacks are being made on our culture, in the name of caste, religion, identity, they are trying to create a rift between different Nepalese people, they are trying to keep the country from running in the right direction and towards controlled instability, we will never allow that to succeed."
Prime Minister Oli said that since the current government was not formed in a normal situation, it will not be defeated by small things. "The current government is the biggest party in the parliament, and the government is formed by consensus among those who want to overtake one and become the next big party. This is how the government will never be formed," he said, "Competitive parties will never get along, we have cooperated to save the country in the current situation, we have a strong majority, so there will be no changes in small things now, at least our cooperation will continue until the next election."
Prime Minister Oli said that the central government is playing a supportive role with the provincial and local governments. "Consultations are being conducted interactively for that," he said, "We are making development plans based on the budget to strengthen the provincial and local governments."
