Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has challenged former King Gyanendra Shah to come from the election to rule the country. In a program held on Thursday in Mahottari, he challenged former King Shah to fight in the election if he is popular.

He pointed out that the Nepali people are shouting slogans to bring back the monarchy that was thrown away and insisted that the days of being a king while sitting on the chair are gone. Where will the monarchy that the Nepali people threw away be brought from? Where do they bring it and put it on the chair? And if a person becomes a king when he sits on a chair, have you sat on a chair or become a king? He said, "If the former king is popular, then contest the election. Let's start the party.'

His challenge is to start a political party and contest the election without moving the shadow. 'You are open to contest elections anywhere! Let's contest elections, open a party, call it yours. Don't say my party. He added, "Now in this country, there is no such system of feudal monarchy, where some are born kings and some have to live as peasants regardless of their abilities. The Nepali people will not accept the monarchy in the future. Our constitution does not recognize monarchy. The Nepali people have already thrown away.'

He also said that he is not anti-Madhes saying that the country is moving forward with development work.
