Mayor Balen's reply to the Federal Ministry: Chief Administrative Officer Guragai cannot be made to appear

Metropolitan Chief Balendra Shah 'Balen' has responded to the letter sent by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration to the Kathmandu Metropolitan City requesting Saroj Guragai, the chief administrative officer of the metropolis, to improve the working environment.

Chief Shah has said that if the Gurgai who have done faulty work are brought to the metropolis, it will have a negative impact on other jobs and will lead to legal trouble. 

Chief Shah has said in a letter sent to the ministry on Thursday, "If the chief administrative officer is brought to court for making erroneous actions in a matter pending at the official level in violation of the building standards and building code, it seems that there will be a negative impact on the project and other works and there will be legal trouble." Requested to assist in operation. 

Earlier, the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration requested the Kathmandu Metropolitan City to provide a working environment for its employees. The Chief Administrative Officer of the Ministry to the staff assigned to Kathmandu Metropolitan City After receiving a complaint that Shah was not allowed to appear, the ministry asked the metropolis to create a working environment.

Guragai, assigned to Kathmandu Metropolitan City, had written a complaint to the ministry saying that he was not allowed to appear in the office since 8th of January last. It is mentioned in the application given by Guragai to the Ministry that the head of the metropolis Shah did not allow him to work by locking his office and also made many false accusations.
