Some of the 8 people who were returned from the US by charter plane said that they had crossed the borders of 12 countries illegally and reached the US. They were taken to the Human Trafficking Investigation Bureau from Tribhuvan International Airport and said this during interrogation.

According to an investigation officer of the bureau, they had said that they entered the US after spending between 50 million and 10 million. According to the police, there are 2 people from Rukum East, 1 person from Rolpa, 3 people from Dang and 1 person from Doti.  

According to SP Narendra Kunwar, spokesperson of Human Trafficking Investigation Bureau, they stayed in America for 10 months at most and 5 months at least. Most of the returnees were transported directly from immigration detention to Portsmouth International Airport in the state of New Hampshire. The plane came directly to Nepal after dropping off some of its citizens at Tirana International Airport in Albania. They were handcuffed to Albania. In the interrogation of the
