They have been training for a month without any disruption to their studies.

The teacher narrated the experience of Surtal teaching the subjects mentioned in the

book without understanding anything. "There is no instrument in the school, there is no person to teach, how many abilities the students have, there is no environment to flourish," says Laxman Budhathoki, the principal of Mavi Roopakot, "Having taken instrument and music classes, now the content of teaching will get justice. Children will get an opportunity to show their abilities.

Rural municipality has given instrument training to teachers for the first time. Janata Mavi teacher Pooja Rana says that this has a positive effect on teaching and learning activities. "We have taken instrument and music classes for the first time, we never thought that teachers would need such training," she says, "This is the first time that the village has done such a creative thing, it has boosted our courage." The teacher of Sarvodaya Mavi Sisahnia, Laxman Saru Magar, says that instrument training has helped teachers to be creative and conduct musical activities in the school. "We will now use this skill in the school to conduct various creative activities," he says.

Child development classes should be taught by dancing and singing. It is believed that the classroom should be entertaining. But this was not possible because the teacher did not have the skills and tools. "Training has solved it," says Nirmala Acharya, a child development teacher at Navapratibha Basic School, Pakhapani, "Child development classes should be based on entertainment. After training, the classroom environment will be child-friendly." "There was an understanding that teachers only teach and write," he says, "now it is known that teachers should have all-round ability." "It was difficult for a teacher who had never practiced music and playing instruments to start playing the instrument at once," he says, "with interest and perseverance, the teachers quickly acquired skills, now everyone can play well." He said that skills from playing the instrument to basic repair were taught. "Along with the training, the village municipality has also given each school nine types of instruments including harmonium, guitar, tabla, mazura, sarangi, madal, flute and sound box," says education officer Vick.
