The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has made it clear that there is no policy decision currently and will not be made in the future to benefit (monopoly) certain manpower businessmen to send workers to Malaysia.
The Ministry of Labor issued a press release on Monday and drew its attention to the rumor that there was an attempt to monopolize the sending of Nepali workers to Malaysia. Labor has requested not to fall behind misleading and baseless issues .
Malaysia has not recruited workers from source countries including Nepal since last May stating that it has more foreign workers than it needs. It is not yet certain when the Malaysian jobs will open.
