In order to make the party the first choice of the citizens through organizational reform, the training conducted by the Nepali Congress for the regional chairpersons here on Monday discussed how to bring justice to the co-operative victims and how to convey the achievements so far to the people.

It was said during the training that although achievements have been achieved in the economic, physical and social sectors under the leadership of the party, the expected results could not be achieved due to the failure to explain to the common people.

The executive director of the foundation, Wiseman Shrestha, presented a working paper on the implementation of federalism in Nepal and the responsibility of the Nepali Congress.

Party Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba sat for the whole period in the closed session that started at noon on Monday and listened to the presentation of the working paper. According to regional chairman Gurung, there is a closed session program on Tuesday as well. The topics presented on Monday will be discussed among the participants on Tuesday, and a report will be prepared on topics related to regional party organization and training. There is a program to present the report at the end of Tuesday.  Chairman Deuba inaugurated the

training on Monday morning. Addressing the participants, he emphasized that the joint government with the participation of Congress and UML should be made stronger and stronger. Chairman Deuba said that only if the party gives full support to the UML-led government now, then the Congress-led government formed tomorrow will also get full support from the UML . "Mainly, it will be successful because the government is formed with the participation of two big parties," he said. "Considering all these things, we should focus on building our party," he said, "even if the Congress does not get a majority tomorrow, it will definitely become a big party, let us move forward for that." The guests of the training program were not presented with garlands and food. Purna Bahadur Khadka, coordinator of the foundation, said that the tradition of welcoming the guests only with a bouquet of flowers has been started.
