Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa has said that the current weakness of the government is that it cannot do result-oriented work to overcome frustration. Speaking at the 'Disappointment: Explanation and Reality' session of the 12th Nepal Literature Festival in Pokhara, Thapa opined that there is no 'sense of urgency' in the government.

In response to the question of journalist Umesh Chauhan, the facilitator, he said that he could not run away from the shortcomings of the government when he was questioning.

'My question is also a question . As I am in the responsible position of running the government, whether I am involved or not, I cannot run away from the shortcomings in it.

Chibi Subedi asked from the audience, "Why did the Nepali people start going abroad?" Why did Nepali students leave the country? The concern of this is that the people of the country expected that you are young, sir?

Another participant questioned why there are so many attacks on the fact that the province should be strong.

Responding to this, Thapa said that he was trying to make the province a 'scape goat' (scapegoat). 'We are trying to make a 'scape goat' province again, without giving any right to the state, without practicing federalism correctly,' said Thapa.

Another speaker, co-founder and chief executive officer of Teach for Nepal Fellowship, Swastika Shrestha said that there is hope in the midst of despair. I do not mean to say that there is no challenge, and I do not mean to say that hope is a very blind hope. There is also hope and disappointment in the community," she said.

Jeevan Baniyan, co-director of Social Science Bahah, who graduated in political science, said that Nepal is not the only country where there is despair. However, he said that the points and elements of disappointment are the main ones. Nepal is not the only country where there is despair. What is the rate of disappointment? What is the causative element? It may be different. Various studies are also showing that employment and politics are in the context of Nepal,' said Baniyan.
