CPN Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal stressed on the full implementation of the constitution and said that the issue of identity of oppressed classes and communities should be addressed.

Speaking at a meeting of martyr families and tribal leaders held at Kachanakbal-3 Ambadi in Jhapa, he opined that identity problems can be solved by implementing the concept of autonomous regions, special regions and protected areas mentioned in the constitution.

He said, 'The full implementation of the constitution is very important to address the identity of many communities including Koch, Sherpa. If this does not solve the problem, then it is necessary to move forward through the amendment of the constitution.

President Dahal recalled that the issues of the oppressed classes and communities were not sufficiently raised during the constitution making and now the Maoist party has adopted a policy of prioritizing the agenda of the oppressed classes and communities. He clarified that the campaign of the party was also started to connect with the oppressed class and community.
