He said this while speaking at the conference on the policy of the Congress on Non-Governmental Organizations at the party central office Sanepa on Monday.
Chairman Deuba complained about the melting of the snow and the bareness of the mountains and stressed that non-governmental organizations should carry out a campaign to protect the mountains from policy advocacy on how to protect the mountains.
He stated that the problem of climate change is increasing day by day in Nepal and said, 'Climate change has caused many problems. I believe that non-governmental organizations will pay a lot of attention to this.'
