Youth and Sports Minister Tejulal Choudhary has clarified that due to typographical error, Nepal Scout's regulations have become 'Government of Mr. 5'. On Monday, he wrote a letter to Nepal Scout and said that there was a typographical error in Schedule 4(a) of 1 and 4(b) of Nepal Scout Staff Service Regulations 2052 (Amendment 2081) and instead of the Government of Nepal, it was 'Government of Mr. 5'.
In the letter sent by Minister Choudhary, who is also the chairman of the Scout National Council, it is said, '...Shri 5's government vocabulary in the Constitution of Nepal 2072 Part - 1 Article-1, this constitution is the basic law of Nepal, as it is found to be against the law that the law that conflicts with this constitution will be invalid to the extent of conflict, the error has been kept instead of the vocabulary written by Shri 5's government mentioned in the regulation, and the Nepal government vocabulary has been verified and sent for implementation.'
After Minister Choudhary wrote 'Sarkar of Shri 5', he was criticized from social media to the House. In the National Assembly on Monday, Maoist MP Maya Prasad Sharma also asked Minister Chaudhary for an answer about this. It has been said that the government of Shri 5 has brought the work performance of the Minister of Youth and Sports in accordance with the prevailing law in form evaluation according to schedule 4 (1). What is this ? Is the implementation of the 047 constitution? I want to understand that the amendment has been made,' was the question of MP Sharma.
