CPN-UML MP Ishwar Bahadur Rizal has said that Parliament is not a place for confrontation. He said this while speaking at a special time in the meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday. He said that as the parliament is a platform for dialogue, it should not lead to confrontation.
He said that Parliament is a place of law and is not a place of stubbornness. He said that Parliament is a place of gentlemen and not of chaos. People's representatives said that they should work responsibly. As Parliament is a place of regulation, he asked the opposition parties not to make it a place of names.
He said, "Parliament is a forum for dialogue." Not a place for confrontation. Parliament is a place of law, not a place of stubbornness. Parliament is the place of gentlemen, not the place of chaos. For that reason, the representatives of the people who have been sent to a high level responsible, should be held accountable. It should be followed. Parliament is a place of regulation. It is not a bag of names.'
He objected saying that the leader of the main opposition party called the rope a snake.
