Santosh Pariyar, chief whip of RSVP, has alleged that the mechanisms of the state have been mobilized to prevent the citizens of the Dalit community from becoming human beings. In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Monday, Chief Whip Pariyar said that the state is oppressing and doing injustice to the Dalit community every year against the constitution.

Mr. Speaker, I am talking about the caste system that has not allowed Dalits to be human beings and non-Dalits to be conscious people for thirty-five hundred years. All respected leaders in this House. He is a leader who emerged from the Marxist movement. But this state does not follow the constitution. Every year, the Dalit community becomes deadly and deranged," said MP Pariyar.

He told that even after the constitution was made by changing the system, citizens of the Dalit community had to be killed for marrying non-Dalits.  "We changed the system, made the constitution, but today the citizens of the Dalit community should be killed for marrying non-Dalits, Dalits should be evicted for falling in love, and state mechanisms and institutions should be used to prevent Dalits from becoming human beings," he said.

He demanded an answer from the government through the speaker regarding the continuous oppression and injustice of the Dalit community.
