Congress General Minister Vishwa Prakash Sharma has said that the Parliament has not been able to create a law. He said that the parliament and political parties have not been able to finalize the bill in the same way as the government formation and the selection of the prime minister.

In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, General Minister Sharma said that the political parties could not present their qualifications in the legislative work of the Parliament.

'In the most legislative work of the Parliament, we are not able to present the competence well . The bill has not been passed at the same speed as the leaders, parties and parliament have the capacity to make one prime minister one after another, and make one government after another,' Sharma said, 'The bill that came in 2076 to amend the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 has not been finalized.'

Sharma said that no party is free of blame if the law could not be enacted by the Parliament. He said that there was a delay in the creation of the law when all the political parties, Congress, UML, Maoist, RSVP went to the government. He insisted that the anti-corruption, authority, education, and civil bills should be passed in the current session of the parliament.
