Maoist is not in the game of power, we will form the government but on our own strength: President Dahal

Leader of the main opposition party and Chairman of the Maoist Center, Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reiterated that his party will not engage in the power game. Addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday, he accused Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of being afraid of the Maoists.

I see that the friends of the coalition are still afraid that the power game will be from the Maoists. I repeat once again in the honorable parliament, we are no longer in the game of power. You are seeing, we have returned to the people,' he said,  "We were a little dirty, we were washed by your company. We were slightly away from the basic category. After shaking off that dust and dirt, we have returned to the poor, marginalized classes and castes. Today, the Prime Minister sang a song in the Parliament - Fall, fall, fall... If you have faith, should I keep saying that I will leave Sher Bahadurji after all these months? Do you have to say it everywhere? Is Sher Bahadurji not listening? Listen, we are not going to tip this government but it is going to rot and fall. That's what we said.'

Dahal also asked the Congress-UML not to shake their heads because of their fear. He also said that he will form the government on his own strength. He said, 'Why only till 084, let them go together even after that, I wish them all the best. We will form the government but on our own strength. We are not in the government's game, but we will resist if they continue to sell the country to the mafia by abusing the majority of the parliament.'
