According to Jaspa Nepal, the decision to accept or reject the ordinance submitted by the government in the Federal Parliament will be taken into consideration of the national interest.
Jaspa Nepal president Upendra Yadav's secretariat has also said that there is no truth in the news published linking the ordinance and the party.
President Yadav's private secretary Mahesh Chaurasia issued a statement on Thursday and mentioned that there is no truth in the information coming from the party and the leadership regarding the ordinance. The Ordinance Study Working Group formed by the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal has submitted a report with suggestions to the party president Hon'ble Upendra Yadav at the office of the parliamentary party at Singhdarbar this afternoon. The report has been given to honorable parliamentarians for study,' the statement said, 'We want to inform them that after further study and discussion on the said report, a concrete decision will be taken in the next meeting of the parliamentary party in the interest of the country and the nation.'
