Six points have been agreed on regarding the cable car to be built in Pathibhara area. With the agreement, the traffic shutdown that started on January 15th has been returned.

Premprasad Bhattarai, the coordinator of the negotiation committee formed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (joint secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs) and Amber Tumyahang, the coordinator of the negotiation coordination committee formed by the agitating group, have signed the agreement.

The government has already been treating those injured during the clashes. The police brought the scene of the clash from Kaflepati in Pathibhara to District Hospital in the headquarters of Fungling. Those who were referred from there were sent to Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar by the district administration office with the arrangement of ambulances and health workers, while they were sent from Biratnagar to Kathmandu by Nepalese army ship. Chief District Officer Netra Prasad Sharma said that they are now in Teaching Hospital Kathmandu.
