District Court Gaur on Sunday issued a show cause order against Aam Janata Party National President and Federal Member of Parliament of Rautahat Region No. 3 Prabhu Shah in the contempt case. MP Sah wrote a status on the social network Facebook saying that the judge of Rautahat is a leader's bag worker.
The bench of District Judge Shambhu Prasad Regmi has ordered to show cause in the name of MP Shah and other opponents. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, mayor of Boudhimai municipality, filed a case in the district court Rautahat last Friday after MP Sah posted a status on Facebook calling the judge a leader's bag worker. The case was heard on Sunday.
After the hearing, Judge Regmi informed that a show cause order has been issued in the name of the opponent as to why you should not be punished as per the request of the petition. Advocate Rajaram Rai argued on behalf of the plaintiff.
There has been a dispute between MP Sah's side and Yadav's side regarding the road in Boudhimai municipality for a long time. Two weeks ago, local Gangaram Baitha was ordered to be detained by the court on charges of beating, indecent behavior and abuse in the same incident. Baitha Sah is a supporter. After that, the people of MP Sah's party are angry with the mayor. After this order, MP Sah commented that the judge is a mere worker of the leader.
