National Assembly member Vamdev Gautam has said that it would be better to take the opposition along when issuing the ordinance. In the National Assembly meeting on Sunday, Gautam said that the Ordinance has heated up the political atmosphere and said that the Ordinance is mainly a constitutional structure built to provide positive support to the ruling power.
Gautam also said that many conditions should be fulfilled to issue the ordinance so that the democratic norms are not violated. He said that there is no bar or restriction in the constitution regarding the number of ordinances that can be issued according to the constitution. MP Gautam also said that the ordinance is not a matter where grandparents play dolls at home.
Similarly, Gautam said that socialism can be built in Nepal and that he will fulfill the responsibility by setting a time for building socialism. "Right now, what our nation mainly needs is a prosperous socialism based on democratic values and recognition." No one cares about it, neither the ruling party, nor the main opposition nor the opposition. This structure can be built,' said Gautam, 'Socialism can be built . Gautam also said that UML and Congress are playing dirty politics. He was of the opinion that such politics should be excluded.
