The name of Damodar Khadka, who was recommended as a member of the Judicial Council by the Parliamentary Hearing Committee, has been unanimously approved.
After listening to Khadka's experience and action plan, the committee's Sunday meeting unanimously decided to approve it. According to
committee chairman Ishwaridevi Neupane, according to the letter dated 29th of the judicial council, it was decided to unanimously approve the Khadka among the members of the judicial council. "At the meeting of the parliamentary hearing committee, the members raised questions after listening to the committee's concept on the action plan of the members of the judicial council. After it became clear, the committee has decided to approve it,' she said.
Khadka has been recommended as a judicial council member on behalf of the Nepal Bar Association.
