Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the government will not bring an ordinance to ban political parties. Prime Minister Oli also said that the current government will not engage in such petty matters.  Addressing the first meeting of the fifth session of the House of Representatives, Prime Minister Oli also said that the priority of a strong government with Congress and UML is development and stability.

When there are accusations that the current government is trying to break up some parties, Prime Minister Oli said, 'Party things like breaking up and destroying the party are not on the menu of this government', he urged the opposition parties and said, 'Be assured, this cannot be the priority of a strong government including the Congress-UML.' -break Similarly, Prime Minister Oli urged the opposition parties and leaders not to sing the song 'the government has collapsed' while mentioning that the current government will last till 2084. He asked the opposition not to sing that the government is about to fall.
