Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) President Rajendra Lingden has accused the government of protecting corruption and corrupt people. Speaking at the House of Representatives meeting on Friday, President Lingden said that looking at the situation so far, the government is only protecting corruption and corrupt people.
President Lingden also said that the people around Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli are doing corruption. "During your 6-month term, even now, people around you are offering crores and crores for various positions appointed by the government. You boldly said that I will not do corruption and will not allow it to happen. You don't know whether you will do it or not, those around you are doing it." I want to stand in front of the world and say. I don't do corruption, I don't allow it. If someone has a problem, let them bring one thing of corruption in any amount, in any place,' Prime Minister Oli said.
RPPA Chairman Lingden said that looking at the current situation, it seems that corruption and corrupt people are being protected. When the law on corruption was introduced, it was said that a complaint should be filed within five years after the resignation of any official. But the Prime Minister responded,' he said.
President Lingden said that the government has announced the achievements of 6 months by showing the continuous work. 'Without this government, wouldn't there have been an agreement with Bangladesh for the break-through of Siddhababa's tunnel route and electricity trade? If this is to be lost, then there is no government in the country.'
