The issue of Pathibhara cable car was raised in the Congress parliamentary party meeting. Chief Whip Shyam Kumar Ghimire said that in a meeting held at Lhotse Hall in the Parliament Building on Friday, the MPs of the respective districts raised the issue of the conflict over the cable car.

Ghimire said, 'The Minister of Home Affairs has called the Secretary of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and formed a negotiation committee and instructed to conclude the negotiations in a positive manner.'   In the

meeting, the Congress MPs have also demanded that necessary arrangements be made so that the upcoming union elections are held before the local level elections.  Chief Whip Ghimire said that the MPs have demanded arrangements to hold general elections before the local level elections.

He also said that today the speaking order of the parliamentarians is over and now it will be the turn of the ministers, officials and leaders to speak at the parliamentary party meeting on the 24th. He said that the issue of the ordinance was also raised in the meeting, but he did not elaborate on it.
