Deputy General Secretary of CPN-UML Pradeep Gyawali has said that it is a very important achievement for the main parties to stand together for the first time on a national issue. He said that the agreement reached between the ruling partner CPN-UML and the Congress regarding the BRI cooperation framework is a milestone in the operation of Nepal's external relations.
