Raswap deputy leader Shrestha called a meeting of the parliamentary party

Virajbhakta Shrestha, deputy leader of the National Independent Party parliamentary party, has called a meeting of the parliamentary party. Deputy leader Shrestha has called a meeting of the party as the party chairman and parliamentary party leader Ravi Lamichhane has been suspended.

According to deputy leader Shrestha, the meeting of the party was called at 11 am on January 16. He said that the meeting was called in consultation with Chairman Lamichhane. According to Article 13 (1) of the party constitution, the meeting of the party has been called to be held on January 16 at 11 a.m., he said.

After party leader Lamichhane was suspended from the post of MP, deputy leader Shrestha called a party meeting for the first time using executive powers according to the constitution.

The meeting of the parliamentary party will be held at the party central office. Shrestha informed that the meeting will discuss the preparations for the next session of the Parliament.

Shrestha said that in the meeting of the parliamentary party, the issue of contemporary public concern, the issue to be raised by the RASWP will be decided . We raise the issue of the ordinance. We are discussing by forming a working group to study the ordinance," he said. "There are also issues related to the formation and dissolution of the government, including the new stock license. Shrestha said that they have put a note of dissent in the parliamentary committee on this issue. Stating that the unethical issue to be raised in the Parliament is also important, he said that the opposition parties are being consulted on those issues and will be jointly presented by the opposition bench.
