The police have mobilized trained dogs to investigate the 'suspicious' death of two teenage girls in a house in Achham.

On Saturday, 15-year-old Saraswati Khadka and 14-year-old Ishra Khadka of Dhakari-8 Palsata were found dead in the Chinne forest of Dhakari Rural Municipality-1. They, who are related to each other, had left home on Friday to graze goats. The bodies of both who did not return after that were found by locals at 4 pm on Saturday.

Vidya Prabodhani Mavi, who was studying in Class 8 in Ghodasain, used to go to fairs and housework together from school. The selection of athletes for the President's Running Shield began on Thursday. Saraswati participated in Kabaddi matches. She was pulled out of the game after injuring her leg during qualifying.

According to Ishra's sister-in-law Krishna, there was no regular study on Friday because the selection match was going on in the school. After he was unable to study, he fell into poverty. "In winter, we move down to the roof because the farming work is done in the aul (bensi). The children also came down to help with the work because they were not in school," she said. "After having dinner on Friday afternoon, they went to the forest where they always go. The goats had come in the evening, they didn't come until late.'

According to Krishna, both of them were not found even when the family searched in the neighboring village. After that, there was a rumor in the village that both of them ran away and got married. "We did not think that such an incident might have happened," she said. A group including local Tek Bahadur Budthapa saw the bodies of Saraswati and Ishra in the forest about 4 hours from Ghodasain village only on Saturday evening.

'We were going to fish in Rawa River on Saturday. Tek Bahadur said, "Just the day before, I dug yam at the place where Ishra's body was found. After seeing the red clothes, when we went to the same place to see what it was, we saw a dead body with a cracked head and blood all over the body. He said that he informed the village after not being able to identify the dead body. He said that the villager came and looked a little higher and found another body.  Ishra's mother Kala and Saraswati's mother Tara are unable to cope after the

incident. The Khadka family is not ready to accept the death of both their daughters as an accident. Relatives of the deceased claim that there was no incident of falling or being hit by stones, but that both people were killed in a planned manner. "This is a planned murder," Saraswati's sister-in-law Maisradevi said, "We should investigate the suspects."

Former ward president of Dhakari-8 Lal Bahadur Bhandari said that he is preparing to lodge a complaint against the young man who always called the girl and met him in the forest on the day of the incident. Both their heads are broken. There are many grounds to suspect that it is a murder," Bhandari said. "The fathers of both are in India. They are coming too. Kitani is ready to file a complaint.

Saraswati's body was found 15 meters higher than Ishra's, the police said. According to the police, an accident is suspected as a stone seems to have fallen from above near where the body was found, but investigations are underway. Achham police chief DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari said that injuries were seen on both bodies. He informed that investigation is going on with their mobile phone and other evidence.

'There is a head injury. An investigation is underway. It is not possible to say what happened right now. The evidence is being collected," he said. He said that the body was taken to District Hospital Mangalsen for post-mortem on Sunday evening. Chief District Officer of Achham, Shiv Prasad Lamsal, who reached the spot, informed that the investigation has been started by bringing a trained dog from the canine branch of Kohalpur.
