Deputy Prime Minister and Cooperative Development Minister Prakashman Singh has said that the government will bring back the encroached public land.

In a program held in Kathmandu on Saturday, Deputy Prime Minister Sihan said that the government will not allow the encroachment of public land and will bring back the encroached land.

Singh said The tendency to say that nothing happened and nobody did anything is wrong . By saying that those who come from unhealthy competition in politics are cheered, where will the country go from that? He asked that.  'After unhealthy competition, whoever does whatever, whatever he says, whatever he writes will happen . If there is only cheering for such, then where will the country go from? We have to go to the system,' he said, 'after thinking about all these things, now there is talk of making a park of the public land. That process will continue .'

Deputy Prime Minister Singh said that government and public land should be protected. 'The government has made a policy, there is also a law. Public land should remain public,' Singh said, 'If someone encroaches on public land, the government will bring back the usurped land. In some places it has been returned now.'

Singh also said that the government is going to make the life and livelihood of citizens easier.

After the decision of the Supreme Court, 15/16 lakh citizens will face problems due to the 20-meter standard on the banks of the river in the valley including Bagmati, he said.

Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister Singh said that in the winter session of the Federal Parliament starting from January 18, the bills will be passed and the necessary new laws will be made. He said that the government has made law making a top priority.
