In the case, more than 55 crores have been claimed from 28 people including JB Rai, Ravi Lamichhane and 100.99 million bigo from Ravi, Chabilal Joshi and Lakshmi Prasad Paudel and 20 million bigo from Ravi's personal side . In the cooperative fraud case, Lamichhane has been released on bail of 65 lakhs from the Kaski District Court and 60 lakhs from the Kathmandu District Court.
