The parliamentarians said that the government's policies and programs have not been implemented and accountability should be sought through the parliamentary committee.

In the Sunday meeting of the Federal Parliament's State Director Principle, Policy and Obligation Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, the parliamentarians said that the policies and programs made by the government have not been implemented and accountability should be sought through the structure of the government.

Congress MP Dilendra Prasad Badu demanded that the problems in the implementation of the policies and programs passed by the Parliament should be investigated. He said that it is the responsibility of the committee to draw the attention of the government with problems by studying the annual report of the previous government. He requested the chief secretary to integrate the information for the study.

'The monitoring of the current policy program is also within our responsibility . We will also review the issue of where there is an error in the policies and programs that we have passed, why they are not being implemented,' MP Badu said, 'we will collectively look for it through the accountability committee and we will look for it through the structure of the government managed by this committee . For that, the information had to be brought together. Bring the reports so far and let's see how much progress has been made so far. Then ask for an answer.'

Maoist MP Hitraj Pandey commented that the government's policies and programs are only limited to paper. "We are doing development in Nepali paper, but what is written on paper in the minds of the people and in the field is nothing." This committee has been kept in the constitution for a reason. Its importance is . Rather, we are not going to work or it is not as if we did ? We have to go back to ourselves,' he said, 'When called to the committee, the government did not give a concrete answer, I want a concrete answer.'

Pandey How long should Nepal's capital expenditure be? What's the point? Why did it stop ? Why not ? Who is responsible for this? He said that he only heard the topic. 'We have written good governance in the constitution .  It means maintaining the rule of law. This is the implementation of the law. In the law, we have said that only 51 people will participate in the wedding feast . Has it been implemented ? Only 51 people have participated, he said.

RSVP's Santosh Pariyar said that whether the organs of the government are functioning according to the constitution, they should study the problems seen in the implementation of the government's policies and programs and submit a report to the parliament. This committee has checked whether each ministry, all the organs of the Nepalese government have run according to the principles and policies of the constitution. Has he worked to get that or not?,' he said, 'I don't think there is any loss by looking at the old report. We should look at the old reports and report to the parliament whether or not the committee has done so. If we study honestly, this is not a matter of the past, let's go accordingly. In the

meeting, MPs said that there is a problem in the government's policy and implementation, and it is necessary to make the government and its organs accountable. They say that due to lack of capital expenditure, the development works could not be done.
