The meeting of the opposition parties has started in the office of Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the chairman of the main opposition party CPN Maoist Center.

Leaders of CPN Unified Socialists, National Independent Party, National Democratic Party, CPN Unified Socialists, Nepal Socialists and Aam Janata Party are participating in the meeting along with Maoists. 

The opposition parties have held a meeting to discuss issues such as the government is about to introduce an ordinance related to party division, various ordinances have been introduced without calling the parliament session. Leaders have said that the

meeting will form a strategy against the government. After the meeting, a joint press conference will also be held at Lhotse Hall, Parliament Building.
