An order will be issued today in the case related to the embezzlement of the savings of Swarnalakshmi Sahakari of Kathmandu by Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the National Independent Party. As soon as the lawyers of the pro-government side and the Lamichhane side finish their arguments, the order will come in this case.

In this case, the debate on behalf of the public prosecutor's office was over on Tuesday. Lamichhane, who was released on bail from the Kaski District Court on Thursday in the Suryadarshan Sahakari case of Pokhara, appeared in the Kathmandu District Court on Sunday morning.

In the Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case, the Kaski District Court ordered Lamichhane to be released on a bond of 65 lakhs. With the order of the court, he was released from custody after 84 days.

Suprem Sahakari of Rupandehi, Sahara Chitwan of Chitwan and Sano Paila Sahakari of Parsa are also preparing to file a case against Lamichhane on fraud charges .
