The 10th National Yoga Day was celebrated on Tuesday at the 'Skywalk Tower' in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Skywalk, Ashtanga Yoga, Yogabhoomi, a joint project of Vishwa Shanti Dhyan Kendra has discussed yoga along with yoga practice on the skywalk above 256 feet of the tower.
According to the managing director of 'Skywalk Tower', Bishnuhari Pandey, various programs have been organized on the occasion of Yoga Day at 'Skywalk Tower' with the aim of developing adventurous yoga practice. Rohit Gyawali, Chief Executive Officer of Skywalk Tower said that about 150 people participated in the
program of Ashtanga Yoga, Kirtipur Yoga Society, Tarakeshwar Yoga Center, Anamnagar Women's Yoga Society and Yoga Bhumika. 
'On the occasion of the 10th National Yoga Day, we practiced yoga at Skywalk. Now, yoga practice will be continued every week at Skywalk,' he said. Gyawali said that they have prioritized the issue of making the citizens healthy while expanding yoga education at all levels. 
Yoga guru Swami Kalyan of the World Peace Meditation Center expressed his belief that such programs will balance the dimensions of yoga and develop it as a way of life. He says that Yoga Sadhana should be understood as the ultimate means of self-understanding.
