Education, Science and Diversity Minister Vidya Bhattarai has said that a prosperous society can be built only by matching education and health. Addressing a program organized in Kathmandu on the occasion of National Yoga Day, she said that society cannot be made prosperous without connecting education with yoga.

Education Minister Bhattarai has yet to connect yoga with the classroom and students' lives and has promised to connect yoga with students' lives from the next academic session.

'Yoga has yet to be integrated into the classroom and students' lives . Now let's resolve, connect yoga with student's life . Connect with every school practice . Connect with our student activities. So that not only institutional schools, i.e. prosperous schools, but poor students studying in public schools should be supported with yoga and meditation to increase their psychology and morale,' Minister Bhattarai said, 'we should start our practice from the coming academic session . You have to get into that job. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology will be committed to that.'

Minister Bhattarai said that education and health should be taken together. 'Education and health are important topics today. This is a subject to be strengthened for the state as well. We can build a prosperous society only by matching education and health. Without connecting yoga with education, we cannot make the society prosperous," she said.
