When Madhav was detained for 9 hours on the ship of Nepal Corporation...

It is not new that flights of the national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation have been canceled and passengers have been lost due to managerial negligence. Problems such as flight schedules being affected, non-compliance with schedules, delays in ship repairs, and not being able to provide basic services to passengers are no longer new issues for the corporation. The incident of former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar being detained for 9 hours on a Nepal Corporation flight amid complaints from ordinary citizens and foreign tourists who were dissatisfied with the corporation's services has come to light.

Last Thursday, the problem of the corporation was being discussed in the Parliament's International Relations and Tourism Committee meeting in Singhdabar. As soon as the meeting started, while speaking as the first speaker, former Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN United Samajwadi Party of Nepal expressed his tiredness over the decision to board the corporation's ship on the Kathmandu-Delhi-Kathmandu route and started the story of the corporation's managerial negligence . "I had to go to Delhi", the former Prime Minister of Nepal said, "I took a ticket saying that we should go on the corporation's flight instead of going to Kema". Had to wait for 2/3 hours when going from Kathmandu. But it all happened in Delhi.'

This incident is on the 8th of October. The return ticket from Delhi also belonged to the corporation. He said that there was a delay before boarding the ship and he said that after entering the ship, he was confused for 2 hours . Passengers became angry after the plane did not take off. I was ahead . The angry ones came to me. No one tried to calm down the passengers inside the ship for that long.'

In the second day of the meeting held at Singha Darbar to discuss the situation of Nepal Airlines Corporation, he was discussing the confusion of Delhi travel for the first time. Executive Chairman Yuvraj Adhikari was there. He was present in the meeting with the directors including Captain Dipuraj Jwarchan, Director of Operations Department, Director of Quality Assurance Department, Eng. As the height of the passengers' anger increased, the leader of Nepal called the pilot in the cockpit. "I called the pilot to find out what happened after the angry passenger seemed to break the door of the cockpit where the pilot sits," Nepal said.

The pilot said that the reason for not flying was an engine problem. "What's the matter? The pilot has a problem with one of the engines." Only one is ok but not risky . If an engine is not built, it is damaged. What kind of thing is this? One of the two engines broke down before it was brought, he said. The former Prime Minister of Nepal questioned the executive chairman of the corporation. This is not the end of Nepal's Delhi experience. He also published another story about how the ship flew from Delhi. Passengers on that day, we are not going to go on this ship, you lead. Go ahead, we will follow you out and start saying . Neither was there any work to calm them down, Dhan did not come in the news at that time!,' he said.

After some time, the MRO technician who was in charge of repairing the ship in Delhi inspected the engine . After checking the engine, the technician issued permission to fly the widebody. The leader of Nepal said that the passengers were not calm until then. The Indian engineer said, ``Ab kohi baat nahi, ud mayo hai''. But passengers were not convinced. When I said speak so that everyone can hear, the engineer said, 'I speak with authority.' This plane can fly . "I will go," Nepal said.

Leader Nepal admitted that he became innocent towards passengers at that time. "Nor has your own government." There is no one of your own . Some quarreled with me . Here is my opposition government . I experienced such a situation . The ship took off after nine hours, he said. In the meeting, he finally asked Yuvraj Adhikari, executive chairman of the corporation, whether this matter was taken seriously or not. Was there a discussion or not?' The executive chairman of the corporation looked more innocent in his question.

Before concluding his speech, Leader Nepal said that the passengers would break the ship's door that day and finally said, "If I had opened the ship's door and taken all the passengers out, it would have been in the news that Madhav Nepal had instigated all the passengers." The corporation was accused of making a loss . So the corporation had to run properly. This is my point.'
